Skip the glue!!!  The Tiger's track only uses four rivets to secure the 
inner and outer treads to each other, and there are no signs of any 
problems after slugging it out in the worst terrains.  Even if a rivet 
does wear out or pull out (hasn't happened yet), it's a simple matter to 
drill out the rivet and put in a new one.  A repair that can easily be 
done between battles at the battlefield.

With a simple jig made out of a scrap board and some wooden dowels (to 
space out the treads), a hand-drill and a pop-rivet tools a complete 
tread can be put together in a matter of hours.
