Number one rule in building wooden machines - know where your grain is
running! Wood is a uni-directional fiber product. Incredibly strong in one
direction and weak in the other.

Amir, no blooper reel here buddy! All I can say is air nailer. You guys
using rivets on your TTS's have to realize you've tripled your assembly
steps. The first TTS used nails and glue only and both tracks were
manufactured in three days. One day to cut the pieces out, the second and
third putting it all together. The nails hold everything until the glue
sets. After two years the glue is still holding.

I used GOOP brand adhesive in the first TTS. On this second one I'm going
to try a different glue from the same manufacturer. It's called E6000 and
its the industrial version of GOOP and is available in cartridge packs
(http://eclecticproducts.com/e6000/industrial.asp).
