Amir
The parts I cast up have the drill holes dimpled, so I can pre drill all of
them. I cast up the outer and inside part rather than use wood. Not sure
why, just at the time decided to do it that way. The glue I am using has no
smell, at least none that I can smell. Its Pro Form black Urethane, same
stuff they glue windows in cars with. You can buy a tube of it and use a
chak gun, can't beat the price, and if it holds windows in, has to work on
my plastic track.
Same thing for the casting, useing smooth cast 326, and no smell that I
notice. I add a couple of drops of black dye, figured that was easier than
trying to paint it.
