Dear Mr. Pittelli,

I understand and accept the terms for official vehicle recognition in the R/C Tank 
Combat club.  I would like to state that I shall endeavor to complete my vehicle to 
a "rolling chassis" condition  as soon as possible.  When the time comes, will 
gladly demonstrate by tearing donuts onto the Tri-Pact proving grounds!
