Dear Sir,
I am sorry to inform you that your documentation submission is
insufficient to allow us to grant you a designation at this time.
Although we applaud and encourage all work done by our members, the
designation committee does not feel that sufficient work has been
completed at this time to warrant official recognition. In general, we
require photographic evidence of a "rolling" chassis, not just a wooden
box and a prototype knock-off of a European-designed suspension system
(as recently alledged by some of our members). Based on your past
performance, we are certain that you will meet the requirements soon and
we look forward to granting you an official designation.
That said, there is, of course, an alternative path that may help speed
the process along. If you are interested, please feel free to contact
our legal team, "Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe" to discuss possible donations
to the committee.
