here is the site of one of the sites... he is in Ontario.. Jem 112
expander.. I have 2 of them  they work great.. he is not really active now
but has a few parts left over .. and can make some.     The JM112 info can
be found on the following web page

The other controler is from MCD or model control devices.. I cant find there
page either..  Great Hobbies in Edmonton was selling a radio with the mcd
