Congratulations must go out to the boys in the MAG Bureau of 
Disinformation for their latest ploy.   By manipulating the world 
monetary funds using the vast wealth accumulated by MAG over the years, 
veteran Tyng's trip has been delayed for at least a year, while 
providing him with a believable excuse (plausible deniability is always 
important for our leaders).  Consequently, the first U.S. battler that 
the Europeans will meet will be rookie Morgan, giving them virtually no 
indication of our true experience and capabilities.
