4 channels is OK but 6 channels usually does
not cost much more.
With a 4 channel radio, you steer with one joystick.
The second joystick elevates the gun with up/down
and fires the gun with right/left. However, nudging
the stick right/left to fire can affect your elevate angle.
I have a 6 channel radio for Hetzer #T010 and use
the landing gear switch to fire the gun. I do not
use right/left on the second joystick.

I use regular servos for gun elevate and trigger pull.
I considered an S-tank when I built my Hetzer but
the active suspension scared me.
