Jim et al,
         A portion of the Ram was built by General
Steel Castings USA. Seems that the turret and hull
castings needed to be outsourced. So yes, it 's all
our fault,since the design was based on the M-3.
Please accept our humble apologies . In lieu of
reparations, we at Tri-Pact have decided to hold onto
Quebec, but will allow 1 free shot at the beginning of
the first battle that you attend. Print and clip this
email and present it to the CDC before the battle.
