you can use any foam, I used pink foam used in insulation. The trick is to
make sure you coat it with something. I used water based household paint to
coat it. Several coats and then on top of that two coats of paint such as
Rust-Not, or any oil based gloss paint.
After that it was waxed with car wax and then sprayed with Mold Release. The
fiberglass resin will not stick to it after all that and to get the foam out
after you have the fiberglass on is easy, pour some thinner in it and the
foam will disolve.
