Joe, your statement is closer to the truth than you know.

These latest communications out of Australia are the first promising results of 
operation "Roo-Bait".  Roo-Bait is an ongoing joint Tyng/Tri-Pact/TNT operation 
intended to divide and ultimately conquer the fledgling R/C Tank Combat power.  With 
the assistance of "vacationing" Dutch operatives, a clandestine listening post was 
erected deep in the Australian Outback earlier this year (see attached pic).  This 
listening post in concert with the Tri-Pact Battlestar Combat Management system has 
been key in the gathering of intelligence and the dissemination of false and 
misleading statements to stir-the-pot as they say.

The mothballed Dutch air defense frigate HMNLS Tromp (F801) has been acquired and is 
currently undergoing an extensive refit in a secret location outside of Den Helder 
Netherlands.  The aim of the refit is to change the outward appearance of the 
veteran warship to that of a Dutch Luxemotor (a type of cruising barge).  It is 
expected that the disguise will pass a cursory glance by most Europeans and any 
in-depth inspection by the typical Australian.  The refit will also include 
replacing the aged power plant with 40,000 EV Warrior motors and the necessary 
generation equipment.  The last remaining stocks of EV Warriors have just been 
acquired by our Dutch allies and this aspect of the refit is moving along on 
schedule.

The operational phase of Roo-Bait is scheduled to begin early next year.  The 
acquisition of the Australian assets and technologies should be complete by 2006.
