I got them from the surplus center, item #1-2318

They were about the right size and pretty cheap at 89 cents apiece. Since I
needed 30 of them I figured they would be good. They turned out better than
I suspected, as they are a nice sturdy plastic, have removable center
bushings and a rubbery tread. Can't honestly say how well they perform as my
tank is a loooong way from powered operation, but they roll very well.
