Big Tank Models

Is that guy that like to build the 1/3 scale models and stuff one of few or is he in 
a class by himself. Does anyone know of others that do large scale tanks? I don't 
mean to go on and on but a IS-3 or IS-4 in 1/4 or 1/3 scale would be very impressive 
in my books. 8' in 1/4 scale and about 10'9" in 1/3 scale. Could someone make one 
and then use it as a car?? A person or two could easily ride in a 10'+ tank. Pop in 
a VW engine or even cram in a W8.
