A construction tip -
Clamp both hollow tubes together and drill
your shaft holes through both of them at the
same time. Otherwise the holes will not line up
without reaming them oversize and possibly
allowing radial play of the shafts. (You
probably already knew that, but I had to throw
in my last 2 cents.)
