Hi Morgan,
I live in the Netherlands, but I found out that you could just find a
local fitness-machine maintenance company, they are very easy with just
giving away old belts etc. (It took me 3 emails total to get a free belt!)
Maybe you could contact a local gym and ask them where they do the
maintenance?
