Hi Steve
Thanks for your E. We have paint jobs and paint jobs,. Illustration is
Afrika pattern. ( correctly spelt, I might add, albeit on a late Tiger, that
was not used in Africa, you will note that it does not have the air
cleaners). I live in AZ, USA, and I can do a full turn in Bermuda grass,
Green and dry-ish stuff, no problem. Wet, sticky grass, probably not, more
than once or twice. Have to take a wide turn, the same as in stony areas,
Will gum up tracks. These tanks will tow a car/p/u truck on level ground, so
they have a lot of low end torque and if you back one into your leg you will
get seriously hurt. Standard gearing gives about 3 MPH. which is totally OK.
for about 1/2 acre battle ground. Larger than this: lack of speed can be a
bit boring. We can increase, but with a weight of 150lbs. it can easily get
out of control, and can do serious damage to tank, surroundings and user.
Will not gear up to more than 5 mph. Poor man Eh! so are all of us, so stop
whining. Touché.
Bottoms up, Tony
PS. If you have not tried paintball gun firing then " try it and do not die
wondering" it is a blast, particularly with green laser sighting.
Have no plan to visit the "penal colony" in near future. Another jab and I
guess you owe me one of yours.

Tony, when are you going to show up with one of those $10K Mark-1 Tigers so
I can give it a new paint job? ;-)

Seriously though. Can one of these tanks do a full skid turn in rough
grass? Also, what's the top speed of the 1:6 Tiger?
