WOW! That, is to say the least ,is breath taking. I used the formula
for EV Warriors at 24 volts,120amp stall , 50lb.in. stall torque. With a est.
weight of 90lb. and 9=1 drive ratio and came up with about 1/3 of your
recommendations , other than wire size. Do you use any kind of torque limiter on
the drive system to help control stalls? I had the start draw at about 30-32
amps. and the run draw figured at about 15-20 amps. The power spikes I really
under
estimated.
