No.  When hull lengths are specified for an armored vehicle, they do 
*not* include such things as fenders, mufflers, tow hooks, or the 
overhang of the gun.  Sometimes you'll see "Overall Length" as well, 
which includes everything.  Our 36" rule applies to the "hull length".
