No.  There are literally hundreds of production tanks to choose from 
over the 100+ years of armored vehicles, so we thought it best to limit 
everyone to production designs.  That way, the truly bizarre vehicles 
that have been built over the years as concepts and prototypes won't 
stress the limits of our game, like they stressed the limits of reality 
(which was their main purpose).   We're just not ready for moon-rovers 
with ray guns hovering over our battlefields ;-)
