This subject has come up several times I think, and the decision as far as
I can remember is that each tank that wants to meet the
RCTankCombat-requirements must have been taken in production and out of
the Prototype stage.
Of course you could always build a completely new type of tank, and claim
that it was suposed to be a tiger but you have poor construction skills,
that's what I am aiming for ;)
A lot of your questions might be answered if you go through the archives
on the website, and search for certain words like prototype,allowed etc
