Use the two outside ones, not sure what the center one is for but you can forget about it. Pos and Neg on the outside ones, change which and the motor runs in reverse. You will note that it runs higher rpm in one direction depending on if its a CCW or CW motor. Both mine are CCW motors.
 
You can use a standard auto female spade connector to attach to the wires, but a proper connector would be nice. I am just using the auto spade connector.
