Take pictures of your model and printouts of your web pages and maybe a 
list of things you want to look at.
Most of the normal military people [ security are different of course ! LOL 
] are only to happy to help if they know why and are proud to tell you 
about their particular vehicle.
I have also got 'past' security barriers and been given access to various 
machines just by asking nicely !
