A Goliath question

     I have a few questions about the Goliath tracked demolition vehicle,
which I will soon be building. According to the rules as of now it would be
classified as a tank since it is fully tracked. I think it would be much
better as an infantry weapon along with infantry operators, which it was,
that can be transported in a supply vehicle. In which case the operators
could be killed instead of the actual Goliath. Also how much wire do you
think should be allowed on the spool limiting its range, or will it be free
to roam the entire battle field? The real one depending on the version had a
range of 1.5  to 12 km and a speed on roads up to about 10 km.

    Also I just sent away for some plans from George Bradford, any idea on
how long before I get them?
