The fitting is probably a standard CGA-320 fitting, which is universally
used on CO2 systems in the U.S., and probably around the world. The
ambient pressure of CO2 is roughly 800 PSI which is fairly low in the
gas world, so almost any pressure fitting and line will work. Your
brother will probably have everything you need.
