Thanks to Hurricane Charley I was released from yard work long enough to
post to new tank pages.
I am pleased to announce that Marc Methorst's Leopard-1 (close enough!!)
has been officially designated as Tank #T028. If you haven't already
seen the video from his first field-trial, you can do so by following
the links starting at:
http://www.rctankcombat.com/tanks/T028/
Marc claims that his son Jurre is the operator, but so far I think daddy
has been the only one doing the driving ;-)
In an effort to keep pace with the Europeans and Canadians, Randy
Reynolds has been busy building a good-ole Patton tank and he has
progressed enough to earn the official designation of Tank #T029.
Randy's Patton is extremely well-built, as you can see at:
http://www.rctankcombat.com/tanks/T029/
Given all of the curves on the Patton, when it is completed I think it
will be one of the best looking tanks on the battlefield.
