If you don't have the correct tool (or chain for that matter) you can look
to your local mower shop. I bought my series 35 chain and had it cut and
linked to size at a mower shop. It cost about $15 and took them 10 minutes
to do.

I cannot recommend the twist-lock belts enough. Besides doing the job well.
Twist-lock's are more flexible than regular v-belts and you can adjust the
length for different pulley combinations. Another advantage is that its
easer to install or remove by simply disconnecting a link. FYI: I'm using
3L size belting (3/8") in the T34's first stage reduction - works great.
