Doesn't matter. Some chain has little rollers around the rollers to
reduce friction and wear on the sprockets. For our purposes, that's
overkill.

Nope.

Use a collar that rides on the bearing/bushings. At our shaft speeds
the friction caused by the collars is not an important consideration.
