Hetzer T010 does not have right/left gun traverse.
I aim by steering the vehicle. Given the turning
speed that I saw in your video, I believe that you
can also aim by steering.
Based on our rules that frontal hits do no damage,
aim by steering always presents the front of the
Hetzer square to the opponent. This direct frontal
attack seems to upset certain Tiger commanders.
It is harder to do long range cover fire, but I prefer
close combat anyway.
I recommend that you build a simple gun mount
using a door hinge for elevate only. That way
you can pull the hinge pin and quickly remove
the gun for cleaning.
Later, you can retrofit a different mount with
right/left traverse if you feel it is necessary.

I use a standard servo directly under my gun
with a 2 inch long arm for elevate.

No. Collisions during the last battle broke the
Hetzer's gun mount but did not damage the servo.
