The "rating" is the offensive and defensive values assigned to the 
vehicle, such as "40/4" (40 paintballs, 4 total hits).  I'll assign your 
vehicle a rating as soon as you determine what it is ;-) If you go with 
the rocket launcher designation, it will be the first in that category.
