Marc, I have some good news and bad news for you: the bad news is that
you read the rules wrong, the good news is that your tank not only
qualifies for an official designation, but it will also be one of the
largest tanks on our list (so far). If you send me the standard
information for your tank (type, armament, armor, etc) and a picture of
it, I'll gladly give you a designation and reference your website for
the details.

PS. The rule states that tanks must be *either* 1/6 scale or "at least
36 inches long" ... you definitely qualify in the second case.
