I found this pic on this Chinese site, http://www.gf81.com.cn/16/16_503.htm.  The 
accompanying text (machine translated) reads,

I think this is describing a prototype test vehicle based on the Leopard chassis.  
It's my guess that it is based off of some declassified intelligence data from the 
time period.

The Leopard had many variants but I couldn't find any other reference to the vehicle 
pictured.  Anybody else?
