Paul , Not really to sure about the turret space of
those tanks. I had thought about the Cromwell, even
made a cardboard mockup of the turret, but needed more
space. Main problem was fitting a 9 oz co2 bottle. My
PzKwIV only has room for a 4 oz bottle which requires
replacing after 40 minutes of battle. Frank makes fun
of my long range and frequent shooting,( except when
I'm teamed with him, then I am a fire support base :-)
)but that uses up co2. So I noticed the Comet was
based on the Cromwell, slightly larger turret and had
the stowage compartment. That feature, just like my
Mark IV, will contain my paintball tray and will allow
for the quick relaods. The extra length in the turret
base allows the 9 oz bottle, no more bottle changes
mid battle. Yeah. John
