Bill, we need to firm up the date for your event if it is still a
possibility. I'm sure the August and September weekends are starting to
fill up for people and others need to give advanced notice for work
schedules. Also, the TV folks are asking about filming again (I guess
their shooting schedule is opening up again), so we'd like to coordinate
that with them if possible.
1) Are you still interested in hosting the event?
2) What's the status of the Convention Center and adjacent battlefield?
3) How many battlers/recruits from New England do you think will attend
with or without a fully operational vehicle? (We'll bring extra
vehicles and artillery that can be used by anyone who didn't their own
stuff ready in time.)
4) What can we do to help before/during the event?
After our last battle in Maryland, I can assure you that the fun easily
outweighs the work and if we can give your parents a little
local/national publicity along the way, so much the better.
