Comrade Pittelli,

In regards to joint development project #RDTV-456-23g89-awus-19406890/wiii.23b.  I 
am pleased to hear that the final phases of the GOER project are on schedule.  With 
this latest asset to our vehicle inventory and our agreement with Hayes Shipping.  
We will no longer be held hostage to the excessive fees and petty whims of the 
Blattau bureaucracy over at the U.N.  Now that this U.N. stranglehold has been 
broken.  I will be taking extreme pleasure in engaging any U.N. assets that appear 
in future exercises with the outmost speed and overwhelming force.  For any powers 
that the U.N. may be courting.  Take this as a warning - nothing will stand in the 
way of Tyng armor and that little white Cadillac!

On a related note.  Shain "The Bandit" Tyng has enrolled in "Articulated Vehicle 
Handling - Maneuver and Evasion in the Modern Battlefield Environment".  Already 
halfway through the curriculum, Shain is well ahead of the curve and setting the bar 
for our growing cadre of supply vehicle operators.
