Mr. Blattau,

Having reviewed the full text of your declaration, along with the
corresponding sections of the U.N. Charter concerning the use of
vehicles in R/C Tank Combat, we hereby inform you that the Tyng/Tri-Pact
Joint Expeditionary Force (T/TP-JEF) does not recognize your
jurisdiction in this matter and will, therefore, not comply with your
unfounded request.

We have strong evidence that said U.N. "Peacekeeping" forces have
recently been outfitted with offensive military capabilities that are
intended to protect your lucrative traffic in ammunition to various
military forces. We also have strong evidence to indicate that you
intend to supply ammo (and various pastries) to the Pennsylvania Urban
Fighting Force (PUFF), under the command of Joe "PUFF Daddy" Sommer,
despite the fact that Sommer and all PUFF members have been listed on
numerous international watch-lists.

Please be advised that T/TP-JEF military assets will conduct operations
anywhere and at anytime deemed appropriate for their purposes. Also,
please be advised that due to recent increases of in-house hauling
capacity and a recently signed contract with Hayes Shipping, the
T/TP-JEF does not anticipate the need for your hauling services during
the upcoming battle (although we may call on you for emergency services,
should the need arise).
