Comrade Tyng,

Pursuant to the Tyng/Tri-Pact Joint Research and Development Agreement
#RDTV-456-23g89-awus-19406890/wiii.23b dated January 11, 2004, we are
hereby pleased to inform you that Support Vehicle SV005 "Bronco Buster"
is fully operational at this time.

The Tri-Pact Department of Custom Development took delivery in late
February 2004 of the hull, drive train and control system developed at
Tyng's Southern Maryland Development Center. The basic, but robust,
features provided by Tyng formed the basis for the vehicle, requiring
only minor tweaks and modifications by Tri-Pact engineers during the
completion of the project. Although the German engineers at Tri-Pact
initially had some problems understanding the Russian construction
techniques, based on American plans, they were able to adjust
accordingly and complete their assignments.

Further refinement of the novel steering system has resulted in the
desired outcome ... simple, robust and effective. The vehicle performed
beyond expectations during field trials, showing excellent speed,
turning and climbing capabilities. Hauling capacity of the vehicle will
be more than adequate for Tyng/Tri-Pact purposes during the upcoming
battle. Final painting and detailing will be completed on schedule.

All hail project T.H.O.R.F.

        Frank Pittelli
        Dir. of Custom Vehicles
