tech specs now in HTML format

I exported the RC tank combat tech specs from Excel to
HTML so that everyone has direct access at
http://www.anvilus.com/hobby.html

(The "Save As" function screwed up some minor formatting
on a couple columns.)

Current builders - Please provide your updates, comments
and corrections to me directly by Email.

New builders - I would appreciate any comments or
corrections about these tables that could make them
more helpful to you.

Lurkers - Get off your butt.  Build a tank.  Get crazy
like the rest of us.
