Considering the size of your beast a couple of wheelchair motors should work fine.

Anybody know anything about this demagnetization of permanent magnet motors. As I
read it, sudden reversal of PM motors will cause demagnetization. This is how I'm
running my tank. Can anybody tell me how long the motors have until their nothing
more than a couple of paper weights?
