Greetings All,

I recently received a Heads Up and was asked to pass it on regarding
those Talon and other inexpensive brands of PBMs commonly found at
places such as Wal-Mart. It seems that straight out of the package a
number of them have proven to fire with sufficient force as to be fully
capable of smashing through the safety glass of the common PBM
regulation face protector. Owners, Field Operators, and service
technicians have found that many of these units need to have their
springs clipped in order that they may be adjusted down to meet
regulation field safety requirements. It is strongly suggested that
anyone purchasing one of these units (especially for use by a child)
have their guns checked by a certified technician prior to putting them
into play.
