*** TRI-PACT EYES ONLY ***

Congratulations, we are well ahead of schedule. Dr. Sommer and his band
of merry misfits from Pennsylvania and Virginia still think our vehicles
are completely torn apart and are no where near completion. We will
continue to post photos of incomplete vehicles to maintain the
dis-information campaign.

I'm glad to see that the 9oz bottle fit in your turret. When combined
with the 9oz in the Panzer IV and the 20oz bottles in the Tiger-1 and
Will's new terror weapon, we'll be able to fire thousands of rounds
before having to recharge CO2.

Tyng Labs has informed us that they are also well ahead of schedule,
having installed all planned T.H.O.R.F. technology in the dreaded T-34.
Accordingly, they have moved onto Plan A17 as we discussed previously.

With all of our tanks now fully operational, we can focus on the
lightening fast manuevers that will keep the non-Marylanders constantly
confused and dazed on the battlefield. All field tests previously
scheduled for the month of May have been moved up, you'll receive
further details in a few days.

As always, please destroy all correspondence after reading it, so that
it doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
