Don't be so sure.. The Vegas secret testing base (Area M5) has the
full cooperation of American, German, Polish and Irish scientists who are not
known to the "Legal" side of Science...These exceptional brains are very well
known in the "underworld of war"...So to the rest of your Union, you have been
