Yes. They have plenty of power/speed at 12v and they'll give out even
more power/speed at 18v or 24v. Of course, they will also consume more
energy and generate more heat, so you'll need to plan accordingly (e.g.,
heavier wiring, more cooling, bigger batteries, etc).
