I am not running my EV Warriors yet, but I ~beleive~ most people have been using 12v 
as the "normal".  They are definitely rated for 24v also.  
Personally I had been thinking of 24v volt as turbo and 12v as "normal" but if 
you're a "the-motor-is-half-used" kind of guy . . . :)

What are you using to connect to the motor power supply, I haven't been able to find 
the original connector cables in stock online.  It wouldn't happen to fit something 
else would it?
