The links aren't very sophisticated.  There are two 
pads that have ribs for traction, two end links, a 
center link, and a pin coupling it all together.  All 
of them could be replicated relatively easily.  The 
ribs on the pads aren't a drop-dead item so you could 
make up replacement links from either sheet plastic 
or aluminum the same thickness as the existing links.
