To All Tankers In The Greater Maryland Region,

Tank Expo 2004, the 2nd Annual exchange of technical information (and 
BS) will be held next Saturday, Feb 21st in Annapolis, Maryland starting 
around 11am (or whenever the donuts arrive).  Tank Expo is a time for 
showing off your latest work, BS-ing about your next project and 
generally causing trouble before the spring battling season begins.  You 
don't have to have a completed vehicle (or any vehicle for that matter) 
to attend, just a desire to get out of the house for an afternoon of 
manly discussions.  (Remind your wife/girlfriend of Tank Expo just 
*after* giving her Valentine's flowers/candy/jewelry to ensure 
permission is granted ;-)

Please let me know (again) if you're planning to attend so we can order 
the right number of lobsters and steaks ;-)
