It's not a question of how much someone is willing to
pay. It's a function of the actual cost of materials,
and your valuable time. Someone that wants instant
access to the hobby without the bruised nuckles,
singed hair ( Frank gets happy with that grinder) or
the constant redesign to improve the proving ground
deficiencies that always seem to show, will have to be
willing to pay your price. That's why those all metal
kits cost so much. They invested the time in the R&D
that makes everything work. That's why we use more
common materials and build tanks that suit the purpose
of the hobby. A reasonable scale model of a tank that
can manuever and fire a paintball and hit some enemy
target. As Ted is proving, with some ingenuity, the
Stuart, Made in China, improved with American know
how, can be an extremely reasonable way into the
hobby. Enough of my speechificatin, gotta go refit my
new treads on the new hull.
John" I'll convert the old hull to a JadgPVIV for the
right price " Pittelli
