thank you very much for the info,i will right look at the nearby gym! i never realized that even a gym would be a supply for tank goodies!
at the moment im brain storming about several track systems ( easy to build) for a 1:6  panzer biggie!

Go look at the dreaded T34 [ not my words !] the track comes from the Treadmill machines found in Fitness centers [ Gyms ] I got a used one from a firm that services the machines. Around here the staff would not lower themselves to change the belts themselves , they might break a nail [ the men included !] and so a firm comes in to service them. Find the firm and you can have all the belts you need !  they are around 16” wide  and over 8 ft long the middle 4-6 inches is worn but the edges are fine for our use.
