The rules *DO* allow vehicles built in 1:6 scale and from what I've 
heard the tank you're referring to satisfies that constraint.  Clearly, 
when making mass-produced toys the manufacture may take certain 
liberties with scale and detail, but it's not enough to worry about.

I got an email a few days ago stating that the new Stuarts have been 
spotted at a store in the greater Washington area (can't remember 
exactly where) for $148.00 as well.
