A really clever fellow with a small turret might build their turret on top of an 
internal "basket" (for lack of a better word).  The basket would be mounted to the 
bottom of the hull on top of a lazy susan bearing.  This basket could hold the CO2 
bottle and elevate system.  I could even see a WarpDrive magazine being mounted in 
there.
