1- I ordered the open belt like the others but this is what they sent me 
from intralox. The split sprockets are mounted on a section of square ABS I 
cut and drilled out to fit.

2- my swing arms are just 1/4" bent piano wire through the wood of the hull, 
although I do have enough bearings now to modify it next time I have it 
apart.

3- the wheels are bushinged with an added brass bushing to bring the size 
down to the 1/4 inch. I will later manufacture a better system using 5/16 
with a machined swing arm.

4- I used the long ready rod nuts with a hole drilled and tapped to mount a 
second nut -at-10-32 that is welded to the first. These are used as axle 
collars and the lock bolts extend up to the spring and spring mount screw.
